Finance Maxx (financemaxx.com) provides free educational financial calculators and guides. This policy explains what we collect and what we do not.

Information we process

Browser local storage

Several calculators may save numbers you type (for example income, loan amount, or net worth fields) in your browser’s local storage under keys used only by this site. That data stays on your device and is used to restore your last inputs on a later visit. We do not receive those values on our servers as part of the static site. Clearing site data for this domain, using a private window, or switching devices removes or isolates it. Avoid entering sensitive credentials or data you would not want on a shared computer.

Shared calculator links

Calculators can put your current inputs in the page address (query parameters) so the link stays shareable, and a Share control can copy that link or open your device’s share sheet. Anyone with the link can see those numbers. Shared URLs may appear in browser history, messaging apps, and standard server access logs for the page request. Only share links that do not include information you want to keep private.

Server and hosting logs

Our host (Cloudflare) may automatically log standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security, debugging, and traffic reliability. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles of individuals.

Analytics (when enabled)

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated page views, performance, and referrer data. On this site that is typically injected by Cloudflare at the network edge (no advertising cookies for analytics). We may also load a privacy-friendly analytics script from the page itself if configured at build time. When neither is enabled, no analytics beacon is added for this product.

Advertising

Some pages show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure those ads. See Google’s advertising policies and how to control personalized ads. Authorized sellers for this site are listed at /ads.txt.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not access bank accounts, credit reports, or lender systems.

Children

The site is intended for a general adult audience interested in personal finance education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
